- Allow our technicians access to your property for installation
- Purchase the necessary electrical wires (minimum 10 units) for installation
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and smart meter
- Promptly report any technical issues or damages to the meter

5. Installation Terms
For smart meter installation:
- Installation is completely free of charge
- You must provide electrical wires as specified by our technicians
- Installation will be scheduled within 48-72 hours of wire availability
- You must provide safe access to the installation location
- Our technicians will follow all safety protocols during installation
6. Electricity Payments and Usage
Regarding electricity usage and payments:

- Low balance notifications will be sent to prevent service interruption
- Service may be temporarily suspended for non-payment

- Interfere with neighboring properties' electricity supply

- Service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance or grid issues
- We provide 24/7 customer support for technical issues
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
- Emergency repairs will be prioritized
9. Compliance with Regulations
Our services comply with:
- Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) guidelines
